Farmers Insurance - P.J. Hiebert

"The office is not the same after PJ Hiebert left. The agent that I was assigned after PJ left promised to look into my policy to see where I could save some money and that he'd get back to me next week. He never did. I called again weeks later and talked to him about where I can save some money on my premiums. He said the same thing - he'd look into it and call me next week. He never did. I switched to Progressive and am paying less. I called Farmers again to tell them I switched ins companies and to take me off the auto withdrawal so that I'm not paying for two auto insurance policies. The agent I talked to said he'd track my agent down (why he didn't just cancel my policy, I don't know) and tell him to cancel my policy and stop the auto withdrawal payment. Sure enough, they took money out of my account for my December payment. No one did anything. And I've been calling the all day only to get a vm message that all their reps are helping customers and they will call me back. The Farmers Ins company may still be good. I don't know. But PJ Hiebert's office has gone down hill."

And the reason I say LONG is because that's exactly how much time she has spent with me over the phone, back and forth emailing, going over tons and tons of details and my needy questions! I've been with the same insurance company for nine years and didn't realize how much money I was giving away! Please note: PJ was helping me KNOWING there was a huge possibility that I was going to STAY with my current insurance. I don't like making crazy changes, it drives me insane... but with PJ's help, I'll be saving an additional $10 per month in auto insurance, and $1000 per year on my home insurance policy! PJ is a rockstar!"
