"They gave me a phone to be able to use but never contacted me back. I’ve had my service turned off so I can’t call them and I’ve been waiting for a call since April for them to tell me I was put on my Medicaid. I couldn’t call or go to therapy until I was confirmed on their list to have Medicaid or it would be 100$ A session. I have not heard anything back from them :("

"I'm happy that this service is here, but i had to call several times over the course of a week before anyone answered, and I never got a call back on any of the voicemails I left. Once I finally got a hold of a representative, I got the information I needed, but I was left with the impression that the employees and psychiatrists are over worked and too busy to adequately help, or at least provide a sense genuinely wanting to help . Possibly an underfunded organization. I will look else where for help."

"If you have a serious mental condition, don't go here. Need therapy or someone to talk to? That's about all this place is good for. It's a joke. Dr. Phillips was great but he lives in Steamboat and is hard to get an appointment with unless it's 2-3 months out."
