"Craig memorial hospital is lacking in communication between patient and doctors. I had surgery on Monday and had a complication yesterday went to rapid care. Rapid care had no idea what to do with my situation couldn’t get a hold of my doctor or surgeon that did my surgery when they finally got a hold of him, he responded vaguely. Was advised of things that worse to make an appointment with him today as soon as possible with my surgeon. I try to do that today they had only available will Bility today or August 8 or I had to travel to steamboat to get services. I find this ridiculous as a patient that I put the trust into Memorial regional team to take care of me with this surgery."

They're always impatient with me and they always have an attitude. It makes the whole experience challenging. I never look forward to my appointments because I have to deal with those ladies. They need to be trained in customer service manners - whispering and giving dirty looks to patients is petty and unprofessional, to say the least!"
