"The billing is terrible here. I've never had this many problems with any organization. They messed up my primary/secondary insurance order. They will dispense expensive medications without checking for a prior auth. I've taken these meds for years and never had this problem. They fail to fix errors in a timely manner leaving the patient with full bill. I tell friends don't go here if you have other options (I look to Meeker, Steamboat and Denver for specialists). Make sure you double check that their er doctors are in network before getting care there. I'm not even going to go into the problems with the care my kids received at rapid care."

"While vacationing in Wyoming, found ourselves needing care in the emergency room. We had very little wait time to be evaluated. Labs and ultrasound completed shortly after. All the staff was friendly, professional, and empathetic. They surpassed our expectations!!! We have confidence in seeking care here if warranted on our future trips to Wyoming."
"Went in for a pinch nerve and spent 10 minutes max with the doctor. They told me the visit cost $170. I happily paid the $170 even though I thought it was a little much for 10mins. Then a week later I get another bill in the mail for $370! So they tried to charge me $540 for a 10 min visit! I called the billing department and they tried to say my bill wasn't $370 it was $60 something. They first tried to say they didn't send a bill for $370. I told them I was looking at it in my hand and they couldn't explain why they decided to send me a Bill for $370. Watch out for the billing department I'm sure they scam old people like this regularly. I will be going to Steamboat from now on."
