"Doesn't want to cover anything. Called their customer service asking questions, only to have an employee laugh at me about my health issues. Cigna is a cesspit of disturbed individuals helping prop up an industry that takes advantage of its customers. Your health issues will go unresolved and worsen like mine have if you rely on these people. Look elsewhere unless you want to get pushed into endless loops of lies and gaslighting. 0 integrity for sure and purely exists to siphon your wages. Take every 1 star rating to heart, don't fall victim to their lies, let Cigna go out of business. Do NOT use them as a provider. Research the history of Cigna, you'll come to find out that they have denied many people of life saving procedures, all so they can line their pockets at the cost of loved ones. You've been warned, not just by me, but countless others. Take this as a sign and find someone else to help you, your life is important and shouldn't be toyed with by disgusting people like this."
"We enrolled thru Connect fir Health Colorado. Our policy was supposed to renew January 1 2024. When we tried to use it providers said we didn't have coverage. Multiple reps for Cigna said there was a glitch in their system. We are finally able to log on and see our coverage on January 31st 2024. They took our payment for January. We have spent hours and hours trying to get them to apply the payment they took for January and apply it February since we could not use it in January. They just say we can not do this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. yes I typed that twice on purpose."

"Absolute zero coverage. Zero coverage. They just take yor premiums and deny all coverage. Website fraudulently lists providers as in network (medical, and dental(, but they deny in network coverage claiming a secondary non-visible preferred network or plan supercedes it. Upon request they are unable to prove this. They also don't provide medical ID cards, nor show the information on their app. SCAM. RUN!"
"I signed up with Cigna because of the providers that were in network. One month later they changed their contract and dropped many providers. Including any that do MRIs in my state. So I can’t get an MRI covered by my insurance because Cigna dropped all those providers. Their website and call center still say the provides are covered, but that is not accurate when you call to schedule with one of those providers. Health insurance in the USA is an absolute joke."
