"According to its official website (on the "Visit HCPF" page), this is where the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing is located, but the door was locked and the lights out on the three occasions I visited recently during normal business hours (in December 2023 and January, 2024). I asked its supposed "Citizen Advocate" three times why the Department tells the public to "Visit HCPF" when its office at 303 W. 17th Avenue is closed and received no response. Bizarre. P.S. Your response is just wrong. I'm not seeking in-person help with my case; I'm trying to communicate with HCPF's administration about the disarray of its websites and failure to communicate essential information to the public. The man whose title suggests he advocates on behalf of citizens flat-out refused to forward my request to meet with a responsible administrator and told me that my only option was to submit feedback via a form on your website. "The office location you visited ..." is the one listed at "Visit HCPF" -- what do you think "Visit HCPF" means?!? It "isn't staffed to provide in-person member support" (and that is not why I visited, as I've explained over and over and over again) -- it isn't staffed at all! Stop inviting people to "Visit HCPF" at 303 E. 17th Avenue if there's no one there -- your failure to take responsibility for the erroneous information on your "Visit HCPF" page or to correct or remove that page strongly suggests what your response to a detailed explanation of what's wrong with the four (4) different websites you maintain to communicate with the public about Medicare and Medicaid would be were I to submit a feedback form: none at all."
"I couldn't share my displeasure amongst this business enough. Rude.Unprofessional staff and management. Please reevaluate your structure. If you can do something online, I would strongly suggest doing that."
"Colorado department Obama healthcare and financing. Denver Colorado . 16th and Grant"
"The state of Colorado clearly has no value for case managers. The way they take bids for territories for case management companies puts employees at risk. They are gambling with people's futures. People who have degrees, decades of experiences, put on the table as a gamble. And then if their company loses the bid, they lose all their clients and their jobs and business. Colorado is garbage. I'm going to pressure my wife to leave her risky case management position and we're leaving Colorado."
"HCPF is not a good place to work for. Don't waist your time management and supervisors are unprofessional and the pay is low for the work that you do. find a better job"
