"The worst company to do business with. I'm taking these people to court. I notified them that I was moving out of state in October. Now I get a bill for insurance that wasn't even valid because they cannot write an out of state policy. I have emails to prove I NOTIFIED THEM. I have proof American Family in the new state I moved to notified them. Now they sent my bill to collections and they sent my son who isn't even on the policy to collections. These people should not be in business. They are not even competent enough to know who is on a policy. Do not do business with this company!"
