"I don't usually post bad reviews, but I wanted to share the horrible experience I had with one of Taggert's agents. I worked with Alyssa and she convinced me to move my policies over to Taggert. But when I asked to review my policies that were due to renew she was very hard to actually get a hold of. Once we finally spoke, she was very rude to me and wasn't listening to what I was asking. I wanted to review my insurance line by line and make sure I had the right coverage and also that it wasn't duplicated with my business insurance. She was supposed to get back to me after she reviewed and talked to my insurance company, but instead I got an email saying Taggert did not want to work with me because I was under insured! It was a complete waste of my time over 3 weeks! I tried to call Taggert to let them know what happened and see if maybe it was just the agent I worked with, but I never got a call back."
