"Absolute thieves. Took my card info from an online payment I made and began using it whenever they felt. Tried to overcharge me many times and finally tried to double charge me for my last session as my insurance had changed. I have proof that my insurance paid it and when I had sessions. Did they listen? NO they just used my stolen card info and charged what they wanted. **this review is about the company itself and not about the wonderful therapist I was using, who was the only reason I continued business with this company**"

"I really tried to give this place a fair chance. I was referred by my child's pediatricians office and I will let them know how this did not work out. Our first appointment was a complete no show.....office door locked and not a single car in the parking lot. Then I received an elaborate email excuse. Can you believe I still went back? I should have just walked away at that point. I've had at least 3 more cancelations since then and not to mention they have never been one hour sessions. One was 30 min and the other 45 mins. Since the beginning of this year (and we are now in late April) my child has met with his counselor 2 times. Sorry, that's not going to cut it. Final thoughts: this place should change their name to "Creative Excuses.""
