"Went to get a large chai tea, when I got to window they handed me a small, I told them it was supposed to be a large. So he took the drink and handed it to another guy and while I watched. The guy removed the lid , poured it into a large cup. Added a giant scoop of ice and a little milk, and handed it back to me. Completely lame. I didn't pay for a large cup of ice. I paid for a large chai tea. Will not be going to this or any Starbucks again any time soon. Not that they care."
