Mt Fuji Hibachi & Sushi

"I have been to several Mt Fujii locations, and I wasn't aware of the Parker location. It is one of the best locations I've been to. By far the largest with the most seating in the restaurant/ sushi area, and at the hibachi tables. I've never seen a wait here but I've seen it plenty busy. I have been here for lunch and dinner, and I've never left disappointed."

"My family and I love Hibachi and this has been by far the best experience we have had at a restaurant. Service was amazing. Chef's from all tables were interacting with tables throughout the whole restaurant. We were constantly laughing and having a good time. Food was amazing, just all around amazing time."

"I made a reservation for Valentine’s Day for two at 7:30 this evening. I arrived at 7:15 only to be told that my reservation was being pushed out 15 to 25 minutes. There was absolutely nowhere to stand in the small lobby and so I asked the hostess if it would be OK to wait outside or in my car and she said yes she would be calling my cell phone when our table was ready Over an hour and went by and I still had not received a call so I called and asked if my table was ready and I was told that I could go ahead and come in and they would find a table but I may have to wait, but that she had tried to call me and got no answer. I confirm my phone number with her and she had it written down and I checked before that it was correct. I never had a missed call they never tried to reach out to me and I waited in a cold car for over an hour, because the lobby was so over packed that it was extending out out to the outside sidewalk . Because of this, my Valentine’s Day dinner was absolutely ruined. The service is absolutely horrible and I will never give them my money again, the hostess, although busy, and I understand, did not ever try to call my phone I had my phone in my hand, the entire time and it never rang once."

"The best thing about Mt Fuji is you can share the portions even on the hibachi side. As a bariatric patient who can only eat 7-8 ounces at a time it is nice to have this option to still be included in the fun! Some of the hibachi chefs are better then others at interaction with the guests but we’ve never had bad food. The soup/salad at the beginning aren’t our faves but the hibachi itself is very good! We love coming here but it can take a long time so be patient! Great date night spot!"
