Pho Vy - Parker - MOVED To Vy Sushi

"The quality and taste of the Pho broths and classic Vietnamese dishes are good. This restaurant also has a sushi bar in the middle. My kids like their sushi and I generally stick to Pho or a specialty cooked dish... Their service is awful and this has generally been my experience with every Vietnamese restaurant I have dined in... Water is served in large plastic cups, silverware is placed on the table in a bundle, food comes one at a time, the chances of your appetizers coming before your meals are between slim and none, and you will need to chase someone if you need additional water, another beverage, or need your check."

"Food is always great but honestly just terrible service .didnt even ask the basic “ how are you? Welcome “ Just are you ready to order ? We didn’t even get asked if we wanted something other than water then had to ask for water refills . Took over 10 minutes to have someone even come over to the table . I work in the industry and I work very hard for 20% tips. They never even picked up any dirty plates during service . We’ve been here about 5-6 times in the last two months because the food is so good but after last night I just don’t really feel the need to come back. The only time we had quick service was when they dropped the check off and waited for it when we hadn’t even finished eating . Tons of other places to eat where the servers aren’t just order takers ."

"Ordered take out here once before so we knew the food is pretty good. This was our first time eating at the restaurant. The atmosphere was good but the service could use some work. Had a party of 5, only got 2 menus so we had to share. Ordered several dishes including 4 miso soups. When the soups arrived, the bowls were pretty full and instead of holding the bowls with both hands and setting them on the table, I watched the waiter stick his long, dirty, yellow thumbnail into each soup as he set them on the table. It was nasty. We won't be back."

"Steven took care of us at the bar, and all I can say is WOW. Friendly, positive, and made great recommendations. Great vibes. The Mai Tequila cocktail was out of this world, as well as the sushi Love Boat. The fish was so fresh. 10/10 and will come back again."

"Grabbed lunch here the other day for the first time and it was pretty decent! The restaurant has a really cool atmosphere and it's very clean. For an appetizer I went with their steamed Pork Dumplings which were pretty tasty, they weren't super flavor packed, but still good. My friend got the Crispy Spicy Tuna as an appetizer and those were absolutely delicious! For my entrée I got the Steak Pho. The meat was very tender and a pretty good amount in the bowl. The broth was ok, it wasn't too bad, but could've used a little more flavor. Our server was very attentive and he was always on top of drinks being refilled and made sure we were well taken care of. I'd recommend Pho Vy to anyone in the area."
