"Be prepared to wait 15 to 45 minutes for your online order to be filled. You can tell the whole team working there is maxxed out, seems like SBUX needs to adjust their app's ability to estimate order fulfillment. There's only so fast the equipment can pump out orders even at max efficiency!"
"Very poor experience. Made my order and 4 people behind me in line received their drinks first. She kept picking up my cup and putting it down to help the larger orders. I understand wanting to get rid of crowd, but on top of this, she was the ONLY EMPLOYEE working, while the other 5 stood around cracking jokes with eachother. Poor customer service. I feel bad for the singular girl making all the drinks."
