"Cashier seemed high off his a$$ and was having trouble with a basic conversation. Which in and of itself would be whatever but the only special request, which the cashier even repeated back, was messed up. In their defense it was a difficult request, "plain". Lot of syllables. Then they messed up their all-nighter as well. No special request but no sauce either. Y'all charge too much to be this utterly inept. McDonald's has better service ffs."

"Really hit the spot this morning. Hot bagel with melty cheese and fluffy eggs. Ordered Ahead and was ready when I arrived 6 minutes later. Perfect for a on-the-way-to-work breakfast."

"I have been ordering from this location a couple times a week for a very long time. Unfortunately it is not uncommon for this location to make your order wrong, not toasted bagels, wrong bagels etc…. This last order however will be my last. I ordered lox and bagel, I usually do, it comes in a flat box with the bagel open faced. Cream cheese, capers, tomatoes, and plenty of salmon. Not this time, it came wrapped in paper, folded in half, a few capers, tomatoes and one tiny piece of salmon. See picture. For what they charge for this it should be good, not this trash I received. What a joke this location is."

"I came here the other day , and had to wait 30+ minutes for a bagel and coffee but I decided to give them another chance and come again this time ordering ahead of time. Well this was the result. Hair on my bagel , and barely any toppings with a ton of cream cheese. I am so disappointed with this location. I often eat at Einstein but this particular location is ruining it all."

"Love my sesame bagel and cream cheese in the morning. Great bagel sandwiches as well and top that off with a Caribou coffee or a Black iced tea for me served by a friendly staf."
