"I could give them 0 star if I could. I placed a mobile order for 2 items and left with 1 after almost 15min of waiting. As soon as I got there my drink is ready, just need to wait for my butter croissant. I know that food needs more time to warm up, standing there for 10min NO ONE bother to ask what else am I waiting for. Decided to walk up to ask and they even ignored my questions and kept working. Finally the lady went to check on their system and didn’t even give me the answer. I kept saying excuse me 3-4times, I knew that 2people working at the food station hear me but they keep ignoring me. I asked for the refund cause I’m late for work, she stood there and looked at me, I asked her again and she got mad at me. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have never had with Starbuck ever. NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!"

"I always have problems with this location and I’m not sure why I keep going back. This time my refresher was just a cup of water, had basically no flavor and my girlfriends shaken espresso was made incorrectly with burned espresso and what seems to be regular milk instead of the oat milk it’s supposed to be made with. She also added vanilla cold foam at the suggestion of a staff member which they ignored despite having paid for. Anytime this place gets just a little bit busy the quality of the drinks suffers majorly. Super bummed."

"I showed up very late to pick up my mobile order and it was cold, obviously. I asked the super nice barista if they could pop it in the microwave because it was my fault for being late and they made me a brand new one! That was so kind and beyond what I ever expected. I’m sure the whole staff has been there since before the sun came up and they still are offering great service even when I was the one that made the mistake of picking up my order late. I appreciate the extra care and attention. Thank you!"
