"I've gone to most of the EBBs in the Denver metro and surrounding area in my travels for work, and this location just blows them all out of the water. The staff is on it, the order is never wrong, and even when they're busy, there's never an unreasonable wait- which I'd be okay with because I'm not expecting anyone to kill themselves working to make me a bagel- and even when it's been busy I don't think I've ever waited more than 15 minutes? Which, if you're smart and order ahead, that problem is easily negated. But yeah, the staff are great, and every time I go to a different location (rare) I find myself going, "I should have just waited until I was closer to home" and gone here."

"Put in a mobile order, watched it charge my bank account even though it said payment failure. Went in to show them I got charged hoping they could just make my order. Nope, instead I got accused of scamming and stealing and had to pay again for my order. The older lady who was seemingly in charge “Cindy” I think her name was. She was incredibly rude and then would apologize and say “we have to protect our business”. Just completely unprofessional when it should have been simple."
