"So I spent over 30 dollars on what I thought were a Mac and cheese bread bowl and a tomato soup bread bowl and there is no bread. Just two tubs, one tomato and one Mac. The website shows that it comes in a bread bowl but doesn't. Pretty deceiving. Last time I order from there. You click on a picture that says to add an item but it doesn't contain half of what is pictured?"

"Too expensive! We ordered from the Pick 2 menu where a bowl of soup and a half of sandwich were supposed to be between $6.99 and $8.99 for the pair, but we were charged separately for each item. Our individual lunches ended up being in the neighborhood of $15.00 each. When questioned about it, the clerk told us they had to charge the items separately. I won't eat there again. If I'm going to pay $15.00 or more for a bowl of soup and a half of sandwich, I will go to a restaurant where I am waited on and really get something for my money."

"I'm a regular customer to the specific Panera because it's so close to where I live. It might be due to ordering near to close, 30 minutes before. I ordered a fugi apple salad w/ chicken, and it didn't come with chicken. My dad ordered the avocado chicken melt and it barely had any chicken and no avocado. I'm usually understandable due to the chain supply and the time of day, but in this instance, the young woman who handed me the food, didn't even give me an average customer service. No biggie here, I just know that I'll be going out of my way to go to a different location. I hope this is a one off for this type of product/service, because these guys are usually stellar when it comes to the service."

"Fresh ingredients here, but be ready to spend the big bucks Food here is excellent but the price ultimately sours the taste. The bread here is very high quality hence the name Panera BREAD. Soup is great as well as the Mac and cheese. I've personally never had the bagels, but I've heard they are quite good as well. The people there were quite happy and helpful and the food can out very fast despite them saying that they were severely understaffed. Ps no masks required they didn't tell me to put one on and no one else had one on either."
