"Every time I’ve gone here they always rush and the never get my food right but oh they’ll charge you right. I went and just got the big breakfast with hot cakes and all I got was eggs and a biscuit. This is the worst McDonald’s in Colorado. Do not go here."
"Order is always wrong employees act like they can't speak English. Today the lady actually argued with me over my order. Then threw a bag with 1 of the burgers that was missing in my order at me. Still didn't get my order right after I asked twice. Didn't want the confrontation so I left. Wont be back."
"Stopped by today for lunch... Again. Fries were fresh and hot, and my whole order was there, including my special instructions. thanks guys+gals keep it up!"
"Terrible customer service. There were several customers waiting at the front counter and none of the employees came to check to see to see we needed. The parking lot is SUPER SHADY AND VERY UNSAFE. couldn't even see if someone was wlaking behind me to back up. NO LIGHTS ON! very dark and I felt uncomfortable. The location was dirty inside and had spills all over the floor when you walked in the door. The restroom was gross also. I will not be back here. Employees dont value peoples time. I don't recommend this location."
"Maria at this restaurant was completely rude when I went to the counter to order people kept telling me to use the kiosk and I told them the kiosk said it did not accept cashless payments I already tried. So instead of wasting time I just went to the counter. Marie started arguing with me about it and after I asked her what her name was she asked if I was mad that she said it worked I wasn't mad I just thought she had horrible customer service and she probably could have handled the situation differently instead of acting like I was bothering her by ordering at the counter. Then to get back at me I guess they gave me a burnt to a crisp hashbrown.. hashbrown pictured below."
