"It’s a cute shop with good coffee. The reason I gave a lower rating was because I witnessed a young lady who seemed to have an attitude in everything she did. From her taking my order, to throwing a door open, I just felt I welcomed and as though I was an inconvenience to her. As soon as she left, I observed the energy shifted in the team and suddenly they were happy and greeting customers with warmth, so it’s clear it’s not just a bad day. I’ve worked in customer service for 10+ years, and recognize a wrench in the machine when I see it."
