"3.15.24 - Stood in line with employee walking back and forth without acknowledgement. Urinal was overflowing in the men’s room. Staff entered and exited the restroom, and did nothing. Employees who weren’t working just seem to come and hang out with people that were working. I’ll wait 6 months to return till they cycle through this batch of kids, hopefully also the inexperienced management."

"Usually good. Have you ever ordered & paid for food and then just sat in the drive thru line, waiting for 20 min and then just drove away? No food. Oh well. Had to get on with my life. Won’t be going back unfortunately"

"The last few times we have come to this location, all in the evening, all through the drive-through, we have had to repeat orders multiple times, we have either not received our full order, or the wrong toppings. The young red haired shift manager that I often see in there seems more of a nuisance than a helper as he stands in the middle of the window area as people around him seem to look like he is in their way. And on 2 of the visits where he actually came to the window, he seemed more concerned in talking to people behind him than acknowledging the customer, making sure they have what they need before he just walks away and shuts the window door. This habit has warn off on those working in his area, as I've had to lay on my car horn just to get one of the 3 or 4 people to realize I have not pulled away and am waving all because they didn't bother to give the basics. They daytime afternoon folk seem to do a better job, I have had good experiences there, but that was a couple months ago."

"I visit Wendy’s often for breakfast or quick snack. I visited this Wendy store around 11 and the waiting time was too much, the staffs did not pay attention to the people standing for placing order. May be they were busy on their kitchen operations. Food was decent but services need improvement. Would hesitate to recommend"
