"Angel, at this location, is the best person to have make your food and smoothies if you want them made well and consistently good. I went to the Lincoln Ave locations in Denver yesterday and they had to make my smoothie 3 times to get it right. Came back to the Lafayette location today and my food and smoothie were made perfectly the first time. Thanks Angel."

"Service here has been pretty hit or miss. My biggest grievance is the wait times. I always order online, and most of the time the order is not ready at the expected time. I've waited inside for up to 30 minutes after the expected time, which is just too much. And since this is a smoothie place, you don't want to assume that it will be late and pick up a melted smoothie. It's a conundrum There's also been some inconsistency with smoothies I've ordered. The balance of the ingredients can vary when ordering the same smoothie. Also the quality. I've had issues with smoothies lacking flavor and being watery. Overall I think this is an issue with the location being understaffed, and perhaps the quality expected by the franchise. Either way, it's disappointing."

"2nd time I’ve been to this place at 8:15-8:20 and the younger employees telling customers “oh our grill is closed”. Tonight is the first night I walked in at 8:20. The girl asks me right away “Did you have an online order?? If not what smoothie are you going to get, because I just put everything away and I was going to lock the door, I guess I can get everything out again”. Why does the sign say open til 9pm? Business owners can we go back to teaching accountability, pride in your work and customer service??? Why has this become so taboo??? These kids are going to be absolutely useless in any Career if this can’t get fixed, work ethic is gone because corporations are allowing it to happen."

"Second time I’ve been here and the credit card reader is down. I had an online coupon for a free drink, redeemed it in front of the cashier and they still charged me. When I asked for my money back for my free drink on my receipt, they said they couldn’t refund me. I paid in cash, so I don’t know why they couldn’t have handed me back some of the money I just gave them. They recommended I contact corporate for my refund. Not sure I’ll come back to this location again."

"Not sure what their problem is, this place must be a front. Their card reader is always down and can only accept debit and credit card sometimes. Makes me wonder what’s really going on with this establishment. I’ve been able to purchase (1) smoothie at this place and have gone in (4) times. It’s kind of ridiculous. I’m not sure how they keep their people paid."
