"2/7/24 Edit: Unfortunately I didn’t take my own advice and came back here after being treated rudely several months ago. I placed a take-out order over the phone and every question or request I had was replied to with rudeness and a flippant tone. I’m wondering why every employee I talk to here has no idea how to speak to customers. I had a disappointing experience here this week. I wanted to pick up a sandwich, and realized it was a few minutes away from their closing time. So I called and said that I knew they were about to close, and asked whether it be alright to order a sandwich. They said yes and that I should come inside to pick it up. I was already in the parking lot. I am currently very pregnant and was clearly struggling with that plus holding a toddler when I came in the store. Additionally I asked for a peanut butter and jelly on a bagel for my toddler. The employee acted as though they had never heard of a pb & j, despite it being listed on the menu. Instead of appreciating my business, as I was leaving an employee gave me a "friendly reminder" to come in earlier next time. This was annoying and insulting, as I had acknowledged it was closing time when I called and asked if it was alright to order something. They could have easily said no instead of letting me order and then shaming me, a 9-months-pregnant woman with a toddler, for coming in close to closing time. Two stars because the food was fine, but the service and employee manners were lacking. I'll be avoiding this location next time."
"The guy asked me for my name of the order then called me Onion Cheese bagel ? I'm not sure why he needed my name. Also I didnt order that sandwich but it was my order anyways and it got cold since I didnt know until 5 min later it was mine."
"Apparently this is an everything bagel?! It’s just poppyseeds… neither of my bagels were toasted enough at all, I couldn’t even tell they were toasted at first as there was no crunch."
"My sandwich was so unbearably salty. It was takeout so it’s not like I could go back and complain after driving there and then driving home. Way, way too salty. Staff were really nice and the atmosphere was comfortable."
