"If I could give this place negative stars I would. I have had many homes built in the past 25 years, each with the latest at the time Carrier systems. I walked in with a set of house plans to the only Carrier dealer in Williston, only to get told “oh We don’t install, we only service.” We won’t install the Carrier system you want because “I” think it sucks”. He did nothing to recommend or point me in the right direction and I’m building a home over 800k. The service in Williston is the most horrible anywhere I’ve lived throughout this country. Every business I have experienced here in the past 10 years is very similar to this one. They only have customers because customers don’t have a choice. So I’ll be my own GC and do it the right way. Wouldn’t trust Polar anyway. Not the way this dude spoke. And this was the owner. Speaking in front of his Son ( the next generation of ownership) no hope for that business. Don’t know how in the world they have managed this long. I give people pros and cons and let them ultimately decide what they want with information at their fingertips. This unprofessional owner was something I can’t quite explain. So I called Carrier and they already knew who I was speaking about. That tells you something"
