"The lady and I recently took a road trip to ND for the first time to do some sight-seeing. Unfortunately we had an emergency situation on the day we were suppose to head back home, our Jeep started overheating within a few minutes of driving. I called around and eventually was recommended C/L Services. Talked with the owner of the shop (Cain) and told him our dilemma. We were unfortunately an hour away from his shop (Watford), so the dude literally spent 20 minutes on the phone with me, walking through diagnosing and seeing if overall this could be fixed without a shop visit. It turned out the water pump and thermostat were failing and needed to be replaced. While that sucked, the parts were in stock and Cain said they could have it fixed within a few hours if we could get it over, so we got that tow. Once we arrived Cain and his team got to work right away. They completed the work within a few hours and we were able to head home without issue! There are businesses that just only care about making a profit, and there are businesses that are more than just that. C/L Services is one of those special businesses that takes pride and care into their work. They were straightforward, polite, understanding and incredibly helpful during our emergency situation. Absolutely one of the best experiences I've had with a mechanic for as long as I can remember. If you ever had the chance to do business with them you won't regret it. 10/10 A++"
