"Its been 4 years since he worked on my car gave it back and only half of what I paid for was done. He said he would still do it but this man will never touch one of my cars again! He towed a car for me and said be there in 20 min. Then hours later told me it was on the truck in Williston but I woudn't get it till next day. THIS WAS A TOW FROM A TO B 5 MILES!!! I finally said going to call police and told him was going to call them also when he then brought my car. This was a in town tow 5 miles they had my car more then 24 hours and woudnt even tell me where it was parked all night. He is as crooked as they get and never shows up when he says he will. For all AAA users yes he is the only one they have on list however when I call for service I tell them my experience with him and ask them to please call a different company and they will and are happy to do so. If you tell them at the start they pay it and it's not out of pocket. If you wait till they send it out then u pay and send it in to be reimbursed. Either way you do not have to use this puke of a man and his pathetic company for AAA. The main problem comes from a long addiction to meth that will always come first and his lack of honesty and cutting corners to make a dollar at any cost."

"Complete scam. I sent him 420$ the day before to pick up and they never showed up. Had to file police report and complaint with BBB in order to get money back. Williston sheriffs already have a case building. Don’t get scammed by this man!"

"Highly would not recommend. I don’t believe Stacy was going to return my vehicle to me and months after still has no returned my keys. I took my vehicle off his property and found someone’s personal items throughout it and was covered in animal hair- not to mention I had already spent $300 on a car detail the previous week. A police report was filed and he is known to do this. If I could give 0 stars, I would."

"Stacey Cook told me he would tow and dispose of my vehicle for free in exchange for the car title and keys, since he could make something off of selling/using the parts. He even offered to give me a portion of whatever he got for selling my vehicle/selling my vehicle for parts. Instead, I spent $100 rush shipping him my title and keys, he charged me $200 to my credit card, and now refuses to answer any of my polite messages or phone calls. I am hoping he is just ill, or busy, and not a scammer, but for now, 1 star."

"Stacy Cook is a crook! There have been so many problems dealing with this man I don't even know where to start. So, I have him tow my car in February, 2021 and he simply needs to change a starter. He ends up keeping my car for 12 days! He says he is going to put in a new starter and charged me $440 for it. I don't find out that he put in an old starter until another mechanic told me so. When I confront Stacy about this he said he also put in a battery, as well, and that is why he charged me $440. I come to find out that is not true, either! Lastly, when someone in his company hooked my car for a tow they severely bent the rear stabilizer link! Stacy never took any responsibility for his deceit and the incompetence of his company. He would not listen to me regarding these issues. He offered a partial refund but when I refused he offered me even less of a refund and told me I only had one hour to accept it! I ultimately told him I was going to complain to AAA, which I did. Do not use this company for tows and definitely do not use this company to fix your car! *Please know I have listed Stacy's cell phone number in a text screenshot but only because that is the same number listed on Google for SOS Towing. I have also listed pictures of the old starter, the bent rear stabilizer link, and before/after battery pictures."
