"This store is not an establishment you want to support. They are judgmental and self entitled, considering it’s just a low end second hand store. It is a “customer service” role after all ladies!!! Wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone, save yourself the hassle and money. They don’t know what they’re doing anyway.. They will treat you like you mean nothing and laugh at you while they do it. Especially their nasty older owner character! If you see a very bad attitude with dark hair acting like her world is more important than yours, fire her and leave. "I honestly felt that I was being judged the moment we walked in. The vibe in there was so off that I did not want to spend time in the store! Which is rare for me since I love shopping at Plato's in springs. Not even a simple hello when we walked in, when my sisters asked for a fitting room they did not get the usual how many/whats your name treatment! Very disappointed in this location ! The side eyeing and the fact that I was getting ignored the whole time made me feel that I was being judged for being pregnant or something! If you’re having a bad day learn to leave it at the door before clocking in !"

"Shoutout to the staff yesterday evening. The girl that helped me (wearing the Marines shirt) was an absolute angel. Yeah she was gorgeous but what I’m referring to is her kindness. I showed up right before 7 with a handful of clothes I desperately needed cash for. She didn’t give me a hint of attitude and took in a majority of my items. Granted they most of them had tags on them but that’s besides the point. She gave me a reasonable explanation for the clothes she couldn’t take in and even gave me a suggestion for what I could do with those unwanted items. Great experience, the world needs more people like her. Thanks for everything!"

"Just a little shocked that no one caught it before i bought these... Got these boots weeks ago so no proof of purchase, but damn 2 left shoes? I didn't catch it bc I only tried one on.. the girl who checked me out didn't catch it.. no one when they bought it? No one when they stocked them? Frustrating waste of money on everyone's part Also didn't help when one of the girls who checked me out said several times how people her age donate at that store, that the pants I bought was a donation she made, insinuating what? That the 2nd hand clothes aren't for my age group? Seems to me platos closet is full of ageist incompetent children... at least this location is"

"Just went in to try to get my stuff checked out and was told it will take an hour and a half even if I stay in store. When I asked if I could pick up the next day they said that’s only an option for store credit, she said if I want it to be quick to come when they open (10am). Felt very passive aggressive and not willing to understand that this isn’t close to where I live or that I have a job. Rather go give my clothes to goodwill then wait for unkind service."
