We were able to update those quickly and then Oscar helped me pick out the options for my shirts and explained the differences in design and what is currently in style. "I will not be shopping here again... I recently purchased my third suit from Indochino, which was a stretch fit that was supposed to be a more flexible material. When I received it in the mail the fabric was not flexible at all (it was thicker and less flexible than the other non-stretch suits I purchased from them). I took it back to my local location in Cherry Creek, Denver CO, and they refused to accept a return for store credit. I explained that I was not happy with the material but that I have been very happy with the other suits from them, and simply wanted to return it for a different suit and would gladly pay the difference on another suit of my choice. The manager said I could have $100 off a new suit, but that they could not help me with the return. I let them know that I have been a very happy customer in the past, but I didn't want to be stuck with a suit I would not wear. That did not seem to matter and the general feeling of the conversation was 'Sorry.. take it or leave it, and we don't really care if you continue to be a customer'. This was a huge disappointment because I really loved the other two suits and would have continued to be a customer for years to come. After the way that was handled though, I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I would recommend that anyone purchasing a suit from Indochino should only do so if you can be at the shop and feel the fabric and make absolutely sure you know what you're getting, because you may just be out of luck if you don't like what you get online."

"We just had a really great experience with our sales associate Oscar. He gave us a lot of knowledgeable information and was very well informed. He was able to cater to our needs for my fiancé’s suit for our wedding. He took into consideration our venue, the type of weather we were going to be dealing with, the accessories we already had prior picking colors for the suit, which made our decision making easy and to our liking. When taking measurements I noticed how he communicated with my fiance helping him through the process of finding the best fit for him for such an important day. We highly recommend indochinos and highly recommend Oscar."
