"Nice presentation and vibe. They fold the polos too tight, which creases them terribly. Staff are seemingly irreproachable, like Boss isn't sold at Macy's... I'll stick to online and Macy's over this location. Staff just seem clueless and not good "Clueless.""

"I called this store because the buckle on my Hugo Boss coat from 2018 had broke. Since I live n hour away from Cherry Creek and wasn’t sure if it was worth the drive, the man who took my call asked me to send him pictures and consulted his colleagues before I made the time investment. They weren’t able to assist me but he gave me some advice on next steps. Amazing customer service in keeping with HB caliber."

"Boss has changed a lot over the years and I wish they stayed making good off the rack suits. Still a decent store if you need something fast. Customer service needs work. The staff isn’t very knowledgeable and I feel like they’re unsure on how to carry themselves."

"The associates in this store need a lesson in customer service. Instead of greeting me when I walked in the store I received stares, whispers and pointing from three of the store representatives. I’ve never had an experience like this in the Tysons Corner store in Virginia or old store in D.C. (Georgetown). I can’t bring myself to spend money at this location."

"Purchased a dress shirt and had alterations made. They offered to ship it to me once finished and so I accepted that offer. They took my address and contact information. I received no email or text notification for 2 weeks and received nothing in the mail. Finally, I decide to call for an update. They inform me that they haven't shipped it and apparently "didn't know they were supposed to ship it" then offered to ship it to me promptly. I asked if they had my address, to which they confirmed. Why would they have my address if I didn't provide it to them for shipping in the first place... I decide that I would rather pick it up in store at this point and go there the next day to do so. I am in the changing room trying it on, when I realize that there are still safety pins in the back. They hadn't even made the alterations yet! Not only that but had me go try the dang thing on with pins still in it. Fortunately, I didn't get poked. They then made the alterations and shipped it to me as quick as they could to try and right the wrongs. Too little too late. Fortunately for them, I didn't need this urgently and I am pretty forgiving. Did not give them a hard time in person but absolutely worth leaving a bad review. Would not recommend this store to anyone. Extremely unprofessional."
