"Really disappointed with this location. I remember coming here years ago many times to get assistance and it was a great customer experience, especially compared to the retail outlets. Therefore, I was extremely surprised to hear how terribly they treated my mom recently after I recommended she visit this location to get her new phone setup. She mentioned they would only help her if they were selling her new things and refused to help her in any way unless she was buying a new phone or additional services. She also mentioned how disheartened she was witnessing everyone around her receive the same cold treatment. It really makes you wonder why you are a Verizon customer when you can't receive any decent custom service. Absolutely shameful. Treat your loyal customers with respect instead of only seeking commission."
"Had the best experience at this location. Went in and Richard was right there to greet me, not only that but he is the one who stopped to check in every other customer who came in. I am not tech intelligent but I had a general idea of what I wanted and he was so patient. The best part is he went on the hunt for every single phone case that had some sort of sparkle or bling to it! Richard has a great attitude, personality, customer service skills. He is definitely an asset to your store. I just want to make sure he gets the acknowledgement he deserves. I truly appreciate his time and effort. Thank you!!!"
"All the wireless carries are equally mediocre, but the jesse at this store is pretty dishonest. I came in to ask some questions about upgrading a device on our account and Jesse couldn’t even be bothered to look my account up and just went straight to “get a new line of service”. Are you running a spiff for new line right now? I was able to get everything figured out using the Verizon app in the parking lot in a few minutes. The staff can be hit or miss here. One time you get a great associate, the next visit you get a dishonest ineptitude sandwich."
"Version store is always busy, and a whole lot of waiting. Don't be in a hurry. Luckily, we only needed to buy a phone case, so we were in and out in 15 min."
