"I was referred to Thompson’s by my mom who used them last year to get her irrigation and sprinklers figured out. I recently inherited my father’s house and had trouble getting the sprinklers going and irrigation pressure to work properly. Initially when I called them they were 2 weeks out but they called me a week later and were able to come out and help. I could not be any happier with this company and Bryce, the technician who literally saved over an acre of beautiful grass from dying! Bryce was here for about 2 hours and worked diligently to fix the irrigation pump, get water pressure, and eventually get the sprinklers working to full power! "About 2 weeks ago I called my local irrigation company and asked for the contact information to the lateral board in my area since I have irrigation water rights at the home that I just bought. Being 29 yr old new home owner with no knowledge of irrigation, I set out to learn anything that I could to figure out what my responsibilities are within my neighborhood related to maintaining my irrigation and the ditch. OMIC has this number listed as one of the contacts for Mutual Mesa Lateral Board. I spoke with a gentlemen named Brian at Thompson Enterprises that told me all of the reasons why I shouldn't use my irrigation and utilize City water instead and proceeded to belittle me about my animals and my desire to use the irrigation that I have a legal right to. I'm highly disappointed that this company has their number listed at a contact at the Orchard Mesa Irrigation Company (not to their knowledge) to persuade local community members that they should hire them for their Landscaping services and discourage the use of irrigation for their own profit. No Brian, you will not be invited to my home on the request for a quote from your company. This is an EXTREMELY UNEHTICAL business practice and is deceptive marketing. I am upset that as a young home owner I was almost forced by this company into using city water due to the gentleman at this company providing false statements in response to my questions with the deliberate intent to deceive me. This was absolutely intentional. BAD BUSINESS!"
