Counter intuitively I walked in expecting to see parts for sale, new or used, didn’t matter. However I was presented with, flat “no” to my parts acquisition requests. And a “we are more repair, than parts shop”. Ok I understand that. Flat out get rid of parts plainly posted on the window. And if you can get it in, offer that. The atmosphere was more snooty gun shop than computer repair, parts, buy, sell… hate to post a review like this and I usually wouldn’t. However as it was recommended to me to go for parts I needed because the owners are awesome (from someone who knew them) I was taken aback by what I experienced."
