"Horrible experience. Tried to go three different times today and every single time they were closed even though their hours explicitly say they were open. We tried calling multiple times with no answer and not even an answering machine. They must lose a ridiculous amount of money. Very disappointed and they should definitely update their hours if they plan on copping out early."

Everyone is professional, they take the time to listen to you and love to hear your ideas. Don’t worry if you don’t know what you want or if you are nervous, I found the process easy and comfortable. I had the concept, I wanted something that was important to me and had meaning of the losses of friends but also something that would remind me to look up and I’d always know where to go in life, hence “lights will lead you home”.
