"Meaghan, the owner is, simply put, a cold hearted B_I_T... Well, you know the rest. After nearly TEN YEARS of patronage, she fired me as a client, claiming I was late and had MANY cancellations when I was late only ONCE and cancelled only THREE times do to being deathly ill, my beloved cat was on his death bed, and finally I had Covid. She also constantly speaks ill of other clients, causing me to wonder what she said about me, is an extremely negative person and speaks about it. In addition, she completely ignoredthe fact that i had developed a chronic illness. If you make a complaint or even are unhappy with the work of any of her or her stylists' work, expect to be treated badly and spoken ill of. Meaghan is simply an evil spirited person with no compassion or care for her clients whatsoever. Do not go to Altitude Salon if you want to support such a terrible person. I do not like to speak ill of others. However, I believe I must share my experience and the truth to protect others."
