"I always have an amazing experience with Vera Nails! I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and all of the nail techs are incredible! I normally see Linda and she is always attentive, and friendly. "I don’t usually like to leave reviews when places are bad but I just want to warn people for when they come because my experience was not great. The customer service wasn’t bad but that actual service was. The guy did my nails and he cut me three times, spent 30-40 minutes just shaping and filing (it normally doesn’t take that long) and didn’t even do my nails how i wanted them. These are probably the worst nails i’ve gotten. There’s also a hair stuck underneath the polish on one of the nails. They’re also bumpy. Here’s my inspiration picture and how they came out, it’s self explanatory."
"Phenomenal service. The dedication to their customers satisfaction is quite impressive. Teamwork makes the dream work (And my nails have come to life by their artists). I've been a repeat offender for a few years and because of their staff, Linda, Kevin, and Lyna (the ones who are putting in the time year-round) I will remain a loyal customer. They all complement each other so well I watch in amazement as they step in to assist one another; sometimes without even an exchange of words.
