"Bait and switch. I received a promo to try new items for free the first month and then if I liked them I would keep them part of my monthly subscription. It was showing as free the first month until it was getting close to shipping and there was a charge for these items… had I not checked I would have been charged. Luckily I cancelled in times keep an eye on your account everything because apparently they will put through unauthorized charges. On a side note, when we originally started our subscriptions there were many options for monthly designs and that has changed. Now for women there is maybe 3-5 designs to pick from and none of them the new designs. However, more designs are available just NOT for your loyal subscribers. I used to recommend this company to people and I just can’t now especially when there are other companies out there with better options."

"First and foremost, the products are amazing and soft!!! I gift them and everyone loves them!!! Second, I had an issue with a size and it was completely my fault because I ordered the wrong size. Cara in customer service was absolutely a gem!!! She help me correct it and sent out the new pair very quickly. And then the mailman gave me an empty package with an I'm sorry note attached to it. I was so disappointed that I still didn't get my package that I had ordered. Cara came to the rescue once more!! I finally got my order and was able to give my Valentine his gift. He absolutely loves them!!! Customer service for this company is outstanding and that's just not a thing lately with many companies. I'm very happy with shinesty, their products and their support team! Great job!! And whoever is Cara's boss, she totally deserves a raise!!! She's rocking it."
