"I was so excited with my purchase from Lolo. I purchased a ring for $60. I was worried about it breaking due to it being adjustable, but the lady working reassured me that it was sturdy and would not break. I also asked if the ring was rose gold painted and if it would chip and become silver over time. She once again reassured me that it was all gold and would not lose its color. I have had the ring for 24 hours and the band has already snapped and the silver is already starting to show, so it was indeed rose gold painted. The ring itself is beautiful (hense why i bought it), but I would not have paid $60 for it if the lady had been honest with the quality. I was ripped off. I was visiting CO for vacation and am home now so I am not able to get my money back, I just now have a broken ring am $60 short. I would not purchase jewelry from Lolo or trust the workers regarding the quality of their products."

"We had the most amazing experience with Aden and his staff at Lolo Rugs. The owner Aden made choosing a rug the most seamless and awesome experiences. He first came to our home to see our colors, suggest a size and see the layout of our room. The next day he came back with at least 10 rugs for us to see in our space. This is all free of charge and with no obligation or pressure to buy from them. He wanted to make sure we ended up with something we absolutely loved. We ended up with the most perfect rug for our space and we'd been on the hunt for years. We will definitely be a repeat customer."

"I bought a light fixture for my wife on our anniversary. It took me a few tries and several trips to Lolo to get everything just right for what is now the centerpiece of our entryway. Mert was amazingly patient with me as I replaced the fixture twice and swapped out bowl after bowl trying to get the perfect arrangement. Attached are some pictures of our final piece. I can't recommend Lolo enough. Everyone I spoke with there was extremely nice and helpful. Thank you Mert!"

"My husband and I were incredibly impressed with Aytekin and his staff. We happened to be walking by when we saw his shop and noticed a gorgeous rug. We realized we had never seen the shop before and decided to take a look. Such amazing service!!! They offered to bring the rugs we were interested in to our home at no cost to view them against our furniture, floors and walls. We chose the rug that we were unsure of and not the one we had our minds set on...the rug we chose simply fit the space better and looks amazing! We love it!
