"On January 4th 2023 I had spoken to Breanna Chappell about interest in renting at the Lincoln Park Townhomes. Breanna kindly explained all the details and mentioned some promotions they currently had about specific units. Today January 9th 2023 around 1:00 PM I called back to speak with Breanna again to ask some additional questions and unfortunately she was not available, however I did speak to someone in the office (I didn't get a name nor would I want to know it after today's conversation) who said she could help...and help she did...she helped me make up my mind to NEVER want to again look at the property. She sounded annoyed that I even called, spoke very curtly and was amazingly rude, and offered only one word answers to my questions, and of course the one word answer was always just "NO"...this would have been a great opportunity for her to say something like, "I'm not aware we have anything like that just at this moment however what I'd like to do is get your information and reach out to you when/if something comes up". It was as if she was working for the competition and pushing rentals elsewhere. I'm not sure if this lady has someone she answers to or not but If I was the owner, or in charge of this property I'd be pretty upset at the way this BEACH handles potential renters."

"Threaten to kick us out if we didn’t sign the lease again. They up the price quite a bit after living there. Wouldn’t recommend."

"My advice if moving in here is to go through before you do anything and completely video every single nook and cranny of these townhouses. Count your blinds look at your screens check and see if the refrigerator is clean or the stove is clean & every spot that's on the carpet.. Due to the high turnover of the management staff just because one manager knows about something doesn't mean the company's going to know about it when you move out. As far as living there depending on which end of the townhouse community you're at on whether or not it's quiet. There's not a lot of parking on their property so you will have to use public parking at times. The management staff doesn't really bother you and they always give notices before they come in. They try to stay on top of pet owners that don't clean up after their animals. Any maintenance issues they dealt with right away if possible"

"No place is 100% perfect. BUT we would definitely rent from them again.. Janessa was a good addition & Dean was always helpful."
