"My three younger daughters were forced to leave the motel after returning from exploring the national park after dark. My daughters had decided to stay another night, after my husband and I had gone home. The motel had lost the reservations they had made for an extra day, and were waiting for them to return to tell them to take their stuff and leave, thinking that they had just left their stuff there and not paid for the night . My daughters tried to explain that they had called the front desk earlier that day and reserved another night, but the girl working had just come in from smoking and said that she was told that they were supposed to leave when they returned because they didn’t have a reservation. She would not listen to my daughters explanation and told her the cops would be called if they didn’t leave. So the three of them left, crying, and called me, who was six hours away. The next day I called the supervisor and she explained to me that it was partially the motels fault for not finding the reservation, but also both our fault, since we had just made the reservation at the front desk, and not online. The lady at the front desk had told us that the reservation was made. Why would we need to make it online also? They ended up reimbursing us for one day, but two years later I still think about the fact that they kicked my daughters out in the middle of the night on a weekend with nowhere to go. We had all been on a trip together for a 30th anniversary. My daughters had paid for me and my husband to stay in Medora as an anniversary gift and they stayed in a cheaper motel-THIS ONE. TRASHY"

"Our short stay was great. We opted for a room that wasn't labeled as "wheelchair accessible" because we needed a king bed for my tall partner, but I maneuvered about the room easily with my manual wheelchair. A shower chair was supplied. Our heating/cooling unit had to be unplugged and plugged back in to get it to stop heating, but then worked fine. Front desk employees were friendly and cheerful. The breakfast area was very clean, totally accessible, yet cozy. Handicapped parking was close to the door, and the ramp was never blocked."

"Our room was clean, spacious, had a fridge and microwave, and the beds were very comfortable. Most impressive though was the breakfast! Sweet and salty options, hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, waffles, great coffee bar, etc. And the woman working the breakfast area was amazing...she kept refilling everything constantly, and was keeping everything clean. The floors were clean, the counters and tables were always wiped, it was very pleasant to have breakfast there. The pool was great for our kids and they loved it! It was a great stay for our family. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"Excellent property in all aspects! Ery Clean and well kept, room was exceptionally clean, bathroom clean. Comfortable bed and good night's sleep. Our room was a single queen with a nice omfortable couch which was appreciated. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast choices were good and the coffee was always on. We will be staying here whenever we are in Dickinson. The only suggestion would be higher watt bulbs in the room."

"This was by far the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Pool area was well maintained. Lobby was well organized although a little short on seating for breakfast. I’m a professional housekeeper by trade and thoroughly check my room top to bottom at check in and I couldn’t find any dirt anywhere! 10/10 will be back! Thank you for giving your best!"
