"As the owner of First Taxi there are occasions I either drop off a steady customer or pick up a Hotel Guest.the staff at MY PLACE ALWAY.PLEASENT"
"My husband and I stopped for 1 night. Room was clean, so was bedding and towels. Outside noise from a busy road nearby. They did not have a complimentary breakfast. Most do now. They had a room they could use for it."
"The hotel was clean and a good value. Although the kitchenette suite does not include any kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates, cups, etc...all of which you can purchase in the "My Store." If you're planning on using the kitchenette, plan on bringing your own kitchenware!"
"My review was deleted a few weeks ago so I’m posting again. Worst hotel experience I’ve had the displeasure of experiencing. I was greeted at the front desk by Ron, “I bet I can guess your name; you’re Oriental.” He then proceeded to scroll through the reservations and indeed guess my name. He then gave my mother the side-eye while asking me incessantly where I was from, despite telling him I was from a U.S. state. He then checked us in without asking for ID. I expected better Midwestern hospitality to fellow Americans, especially late at night after a long day of travel!!! I was uncomfortable for the rest of the night. As for amenities, they were just average. The bed was short such that my feet almost dangled off the bed, and I am relatively short."
"Terrible service, rude people. I am not recommending this place at all. We arrived at night and their system was down. The receptionist told us that we should wait until it comes back w/o any explanation or time estimation. He said that it could be any time like 2-3 hours even next morning. They didn’t let us check in. They were not helpful at all,and didn’t accept the reimbursement and they were not nice at all! I asked them to call the manager to escalate and explore options. This didn’t happen either. He said that he can not call the manager since she is an Ukrainian (Super irrelevant rationale). We were super nice and trying to find a way .Then another receptionist , David, came and started to yell us. Super annoying, unacceptable behavior. I warned him to be nice as we were and asked him to call the manager. Even though he said he called the manager, he was lying. He said that manager told to wait until she comes in the morning and didn’t accept to talk to us. What a night after 8 hours drive. I called expedia to cancel and reimburse and they couldn’t reach out the hotel either. What a place… Dear hotel manager, teach your employees how to serve to customers. They would have said: “dear customer, we are having system issues now and want to offer you some drinks in the waiting room while you are waiting and I will let you know once it is resolved and it shouldn’t be too long“ this is all about the communication and behaviors. Unacceptable rude and even abusive behaviors against customers…"
