"Worst management company in the history of apartments. this place is terrible"

"What a sham of a place. Moldy, poor runny appliances, cant flush toilets without adding water in tank, wont do repairs when requested and then blame renters and want to charge them for repairs Quit to evict without cause and then want renters to pay for months after eviction. And no screens on windows. Looking for another child falling accident from balcony. Turning into city for bldg inspection. Needs to be shutdown till all repairs are done. Poor poor management. Do not rent here ."

"Son has been there renting for 3 years and gets a notice to vacate in 30 days. Never late on rent. The apartment they gave him wasn't cleaned when he moved in. We have all the pictures and his move in with them admitting they didn't do any maintenance work before they let him move in. He's put in several work orders and they don't fix anything. Don't move there."

"Three stars where given just for the fact that we liked the townhome styled houses. But the two years we stayed there the complex went through 3 managers before finding a 4th who wasn’t scared off by corporate/ the amount of work that needed to be done. There is so much maintenance work that needs to be done, if you plan on receiving the security deposit back at the end of your stay, don’t count on it. The apartments did not have security cameras anywhere, resulting in the (EMPTY) apartment below us getting broke into twice, and break ins in other apartments around as well. We met one lovely resident/ family that has been there since the beginning, but as far as the environment if you have children, this is not a place you want to be at. Between drug busts, and break ins, I would search elsewhere. The maintenance work we did have done was great (about three maintenance workers ago), but don’t count on them getting to your issue in a reasonable amount of time. We spent the last 4-6 months waiting for fire/ co2 detectors to be replaced (again, NOT safe). As a loyal two year resident, we are very disappointed towards the end of our time being at Nokota Ridge."

"There is never a manager on duty, in office or when you call, so you can't get anything fixed if they don't answer you. Plus on several sites they tell you that the price for a 3 bedroom apartment is $925, but in all actuality it's $1,125 a month. While the apartments are nice and look good, the management has left a lot to be desired. I haven't seen a maintenance man since we got here."
