"Does not honor their own return policy. states they will accept returns on disposables within 48 hours if they do not charge or have issues firing, mine would not shut off after hitting it and just kept running. I was worried the thing was gonna explode but they said that wasnt broken enough I guess? Would not reccomend shopping here"
"I bought a vape today, within 5 minutes the vape was burnt. They do not do returns even though they sell cheap vapes and know there are bad batches. This has happened a few times at this store. Bad service."
"I'm really sad to give this place one star my boyfriend and I and the family go here weekly. Bought their new binaries 10,000 plus bought two of them cotton candy it was $83 and even tip the girl almost $8. We tried it and it tastes like straight alcohol nothing like cotton candy and it was not smokable it burned the throat and it tastes just like rubbing alcohol I understand store policies and the girl was not able to refund. We even went back in and spent another $50 purchasing new Vapes Even after spending $85. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointed and will definitely never be back."
