"Horrible. Embarrassingly bad. I had three beers I was looking for. Nothing exotic, that’s for sure. Couldn’t find any of them as it looked like a going out of business fire sale had hit the store, but apparently it’s always like that (see other reviews). When I asked about my first… the answer was so rude, and so dismissively curt, that I decided I was done. Maybe he didn’t like my choice of beer? No idea. Never coming back."
"Tried this place recently, and the shelves overall (across the whole store) were roughly 50% empty. It was as if someone decided "we're going out of business; let's try to move the remaining inventory and recoup some of our costs." Not sure what's going on, but it's not good optics for the business. Either someone's dropping the ball on ordering more inventory (other local liquor stores don't seem to be having this problem), or else... I don't know. Not sure what the deal is. You'd think a liquor store this close to the main shopping center in Monument would have a better selection. Service was good which is the only reason I gave 3 stars and not 1."
