"Not sure what the hell is going on, but this location evidently either doesn't exist anymore or there's massive errors in the information they have on Google Maps. Says it's located in Chapel Hills Mall, but the mall directory doesn't have them listed and when you call the number listed here nobody picks up. Managed to find a different number on the linked website, which has awful UI. Got through using one of them and was told they're located about 50 miles away from the mall. Everything on Google either needs to be updated or removed, wasted a lot of time."

"Spyder has done several of my tattoos and they're usually the ones people stop and tell me are awesome. Spyder has been a huge help in Colorado Springs Charity events and even helped me in my own charity's. He's back and forth as a premier artist at sturgis too so scoring time with him when he's in town is a lucky move. I've only gotten black and grey work from him but I've seen his color work in his portfolio and it's amazing. Good family owned shops!! Support local!!"

"Came here on Saturday to get two cartilage piercings....one thing I noticed was the piercer didn’t clean my ear before piercing but-the second stud was basically pierced on the fold of my cartilage and wasn’t healing right at all. I had to pull it out last night I was in so much pain. My boyfriend took a pic of the backside and it was definitely infected-within 4 days. So basically I paid $50 for 1 piercing that normally costs $30 and I even tipped $10. Learned my lesson I guess."

"I just got my first tattoo and had an amazing experience at the Ink Gallery - North. The artist was so helpful and talented. The design was exactly what I was wanting. The parlor was very clean and relaxing. I highly recommend their services."

"Worst experience of my life. I got my lip pierced and three days after I got it pierced it began hurting worse and bleeding uncontrollably. I then looked inside my lip to see that the barbell that the piercer inserted was very clearly too short to be in anyone's lip. I could see and feel the back of the barbell cutting through my lip. I then went to a different piercer to get help taking the barbell out (which was impossible to do on my own). So the other piercer tried everything to get the ball bearing off the the bar. It would not budge. I then found myself at urgent care paying to get the barbell CUT out of my lip because the ball would not come off for anything. Easy to say this lady does not know how to properly do her job. I would never reccomend this place in a million years. Save yourself the money and the pain! UPDATE: I called the ink gallery regarding my lip. No one answered so I left a voicemail. I definitely never spoke to anyone and was in too much of a rush to wait for a callback. I therefore went to a more trustworthy piercer and still have not had any word back other than a reply to this review which was completely inaccurate as I never spoke with anyone over the phone."
