"Got my hair done with Desiree and I asked for my hair to be one shade of red all over, I left with 5 different colors and was given a bottle of semi permanent dye to put in my own hair at home. It turned it pink, which could get me into trouble at work. She was unaccomadating, did not show any remorse for my hair or offer a refund, and demanded I come back to the salon. The first four photos are my hair and the last is what I wanted done. I literally cried. Update: I spoke to the owner and they did not apologize about her behavior, and they told me that I could come in to get it fixed for free. I went in and was then told by her that I needed to pay more money for her to fix my hair. She sat down with her legs and arms crossed and was rude and sassy and blamed my hair on me and got in my face. She kept calling me baby and waving her hands at me, and nothing was done about it. I have never been so disrespected in my life and I have never been so compelled to write a negative review."

"I read the reviews about Desiree and I tell you, she exceeded my expectations. She is so knowledgeable about hair, products, and styling. She gave me great tips on how to blow dry, what kind of brush to use, etc. I haven't worn my hair curly since moving to Colorado because the dry air makes it too crunchy. Desiree gave my hair a special restoration treatment and product that enhance curly hair. I didn't even know my hair could be this curly! It looks like I got a perm! I found my forever stylist!!!"
