"I am incredibly dissapointed in the employees here. I went in yesterday to hopefully buy myself one of the tiaras, as I had been wanting to for quite a while. My friends and I ended up browsing the store anyways. The lady working had her eye on us the entire time. She even made this known, offering a sale to other customers and giving my group dirty looks. Mind you, I was going to pay for a tiara that usually costs about $25. This is not even the first time I have been treated this way here. I will definitely not be shopping at this location anymore."

"My biracial 12 year old daughter was at Claire's at the Citadel Mall with two white girlfriends the same age. My daughter and one friend were off in a corner counting her friend's change. They wanted to get a buy 3 get 3 deal. The two female workers refused to give my daughter the sale and instead accused her trying to steal. They made my daughter ONLY empty her pockets and then made her pay full price. Discrimination at it's finest. My daughter's friend was so confused and my daughter scared. We will go further with this situation."

"The manager took care of my piercings (one cartilage) and my daughter’s (her firsts). She did amazing and having a ton of piercings herself, I felt very comfortable and confident in her skills. She was also super knowledgeable. Here I am, just a few days later and neither of my piercings hurt! I’m completely thrilled and amazed with the service I received."
