"This place was the worst!!! Horrible service, lies on details of what asked for and how my earrings would be made done and fit with quality backs. I received one of two earring's i paid $2800 for and lost the back on day 2 and I'm still waiting to receive my second earring and the two backs she offered. No earrings no backs. Different stories on holiday business. The ordering and receiving of the diamond the mismatched back to my post. I was told they was sending my earrings to me.i was tild it had been sent. Then they called to confirm my address so they could send. They still did not. Thieves liars and cheats. Horrible communication. Horrible jewelry horrible people!!"

"My wife just got back from picking up my fathers watch from this place to have a new battery installed and a link added. Well it looks terrible. They told her they “don’t do watches” after she already paid. And then refused to refund the $25 dollars and told her to take it elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous. Edit. Wife went to pick up a necklace she was having repaired. They did a good job on that. There was another person in the store and was more understanding with the watch. They provided a refund and apologized about the situation. I get that everyone has bad days but there is no reason to take it out on your paying customers."

They don’t do watches apparently and tried to do it anyways and refused me a refund when I got it back looking like this. I had already paid when I dropped off. I have never had a problem...reading these other reviews surprises me. John, the owner, is a very nice man. I have never had any problems with any customer service or work done.
