"I went in today 11/25/23 to have my ring resized. From a 6-41/2. I have used this company before and service was fabulous two years ago. Today was different. There was no communication that my ring was not sized correctly. I was not told if they couldn’t size it down so I’m still needing a ring adjuster. Also I received my ring back dirty. My finger was black from my ring. It would have taken a few moments to clean it. I also stated to the woman that I would be waiting for the ring to be finished. It was done before I arrived which I arrived early no one cared to call. I feel lack of care or customer care were prevalent. I may rethink going here."
