I ordered them on (only a little;) like 4 days) short notice, and when I got the email about my order I explained the situation, but also it’s a small business and didn’t want to overwhelm her orders. She quickly responded and said she could get them done on time but mailing can be finicky. The bracelets were beautiful and well done. They provide wonderful service and are very kind. I highly recommend this product as it is beautiful, customizable, and high quality so they’ll last for a while. Love this!"
