"Unequivocally rude. 2/13/23 7pm Employee was rude and rolled her eyes the second she noticed me. It's been years since I've been asked "What do you want?" I clearly interrupted the empty store. I bought nothing and never will. This was a one strike experience."

They also have a good amount of different butane cans for a great price, plus bunch of different chewing tobaccos much better selection and price than 711. My local smoker friendly always keeps my smoking purchases satisfied. Staff has always been nice, friendly and helpful."
"Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great humidor for those that love a good cigar. Their prices on the cigars are very competitive but I'm not sure about the other products. The cigar lounge is small but oh so comfortable with a courtesy TV for the time you relax."
"This smoker friendly is a great place. I have been to many different head shops around and this is one of the best. They have a huge selection of tobacco products. Also only place I have gone to that continuously has the brand of backwoods that I like. The glass selection is also not that bad. There are definitely better places for heady pieces, but they have plenty of pipes and water pipes."
