"This place oozes pretentiousness. Which grew into a downright smugness aimed to belittle the "non-belongers." And as for the simple return I was attempting, yeah right! Guess they also missed customer service training. If you're into feeling insignificant and less than human, this is the place for you. It sure left me with a sour taste for this "better than you" grocery store."

"There's a team member there who gives off the vibe like she thinks we're going to steal something. It happened a second time tonight. And my husband picked up a bag of ashwagandha and a chunk of glass that was stuck to the bag cut his finger pretty significantly. I know that's not anyone's fault, but it also didn't add to the experience. I like the selection, but we dropped $175 on a bag of groceries - and how that's giving off "they're gonna steal something" energy, I dunno. Anyway, we're Natural Grocers customers for the most part already. It would be rad if we could shop at Sprouts and feel like family there, too. Different places."

"I come here all the time. I was appalled by the behavior I witnessed here today. Many staff members including Alex the head cashier were harassing a girl just trying to buy vinegar and chicken. They were going to block the door even though she already paid. She was dressed nicely like she just got off of work. Then when other people addressed how she was being treated,he yelled at them and told them to not come back. Those customers are the reason you have a job. After seeing how you treat people that call you out on doing wrong I will not be returning to this sprouts. Alex clearly needs to be coached on how you treat another person and to act like that at work is intolerable."

"I know it's hard finding good oranges in Colorado. These looked good until I opened the bag at home. Probably only able to eat 2 or 3 of the bunch. Literally an bug popping out of the middle one."
